Elliott joins Matrix with a passion for empowering students through inclusive education, multicultural recognition and environmental conservation. Elliott believes that by catering for the diverse learning needs of all students this can make a positive impact on their local communities.
Elliott holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and has held numerous teaching roles during and after completing his degree.

Michelle Haber

Trainer/Mentor

Michelle has qualifications related to community development in the area of disability, training and recreation work. Michelle is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). She also has qualifications and extensive work experience in mentoring young people at risk and young offenders. Michelle has managed programs seeking to transition young people not engaged in education to training and employment.
Michelle is committed to community involvement and has provided voluntary service to national and international youth focused projects.

Sue Carroll

Trainer/Mentor

Sue brings many years of experience working in the fields of training and mentoring across Australia and New Zealand. Her career with the Adelaide Bank was also the start of her university and professional studies in training and development, which have continued to this day.
Sue’s family extends to Asia with the partners of her son and daughter having families in the Philippines and Thailand.
