Our General Manager

Dan has 18 years experience working in training and development in both the public and private sectors. His training and development experience has included roles in local government, environmental education, TAFE, non profit and health education. With a background in Social Science, Dan’s early career was in Youth Work and Adolescent Health Education before moving into training and development.
Dan’s expertise includes training design, delivery and evaluation of both accredited and non-accredited training. Importantly, Dan has a realistic understanding of the role that training and development can play in improving individual and organisational performance.
Prior to joining Matrix on Board Training, Dan was the Learning and Development Manager for Medibank.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys Rugby Union (purely as a spectator and critic these days) and has recently rediscovered a passion for drumming much to the annoyance of his neighbours.
